circFLNA is up-regulated in BALF from patients with sepsis-induced ARDS and in CLP-induced ARDS mouse samples. Functionally, circFLNA depletion alleviates inflammatory responses and increases CD4 + CD25 + Foxp3 + Tregs. Mechanistically, circFLNA binds miR-214-5p and regulates the downstream target PD-1, forming a circFLNA/miR-214-5p/PD-1 axis relevant to immune regulation in ARDS. |
