Description:

Circ-CSPP1 is up-regulated in RCC tissues and cell lines and high expression predicts poor overall survival. Functionally, circ-CSPP1 promotes RCC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and Warburg effect while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA sponge for miR-493-5p to upregulate RAC1.
