CirCHIPK3 is up-regulated in breast cancer and is associated with worse overall survival. Functionally, it promotes proliferation, migration, invasion and xenograft tumor growth by sponging miR-193a to increase HMGB1 and activate the HMGB1/PI3K/AKT pathway.
