Potential diagnostic and therapeutic value in osteosarcoma.
circCRIM1 is a CRIM1-derived human circRNA that is downregulated in osteosarcoma cell lines and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. In this study, circCRIM1 acted as a tumor suppressor by sponging miR146a-5p, increasing NUMB expression, and inhibiting NOTCH signaling, thereby reducing osteosarcoma proliferation, migration, invasion, and xenograft tumor growth.
