Description:

circ-PI4KA is up-regulated in colon cancer and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It sponges miR-331-3p to increase LASP1, promoting proliferation/migration/invasion and reducing apoptosis, thereby counteracting sevoflurane-induced suppression of malignancy and affecting tumor growth in vivo.
