Description:

circ_LDLR is up-regulated in PTC tissues and cell lines and is associated with larger tumor volume, advanced TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. Functionally, circ_LDLR promotes PTC proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT-related changes and xenograft tumor growth by sponging miR-1294 and increasing HMGB3 expression.
