Description:

circPSMC3 is down-regulated in ovarian granulosa cells from PCOS patients. Its overexpression alleviates PCOS-like phenotypes in a DHEA-induced mouse model and suppresses granulosa-like cell proliferation while promoting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circPSMC3 sponges miR-296-3p to increase PTEN expression (circPSMC3/miR-296-3p/PTEN ceRNA axis).
