| Description: |
circ_ANKIB1 is up-regulated in human osteosarcoma cell lines and mainly localizes in the cytoplasm. It binds miR-19b and enhances miR-19b-mediated suppression of SOCS3, thereby activating the STAT3/JAK-STAT pathway. Functionally, circ_ANKIB1 promotes osteosarcoma cell proliferation and invasion while inhibiting apoptosis. |
