Description:

Circ-CCS is upregulated in lung cancer tissues and cell lines and its high expression is associated with poorer 5-year overall survival. Functionally, circ-CCS promotes lung cancer cell growth, migration, invasion, metastasis-related protein expression and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a miR-383 sponge to relieve repression of E2F7, forming a circ-CCS/miR-383/E2F7 oncogenic axis.
