High circ_0000326 expression was linked to shorter overall survival and poor prognosis, and was associated with clinicopathological features including lymph node metastasis, TNM grade and stage, differentiation, PR status, and molecular subtype.
circ_0000326 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues and cell lines and high expression predicts poor overall survival. Functionally, circ_0000326 promotes BC cell viability, invasion, stemness and xenograft tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-9-3p to relieve repression of YAP1, forming a circ_0000326-miR-9-3p-YAP1 regulatory axis.
