Targeting hsa_circ_0096157 expression might be utilized as a new method to increase Cisplatin sensitivity and overcome NSCLC resistance to Cisplatin.
hsa_circ_0096157 is up-regulated in Cisplatin-resistant A549/DDP NSCLC cells. Functional knockdown and overexpression experiments indicate that it promotes Cisplatin resistance by enhancing proliferation, migration, invasion, and cell cycle progression while suppressing apoptosis, accompanied by regulation of cell cycle and EMT-related proteins.
