Circ_0003506 promotes GC radioresistance and malignant phenotypes by sponging miR-1256 and increasing BMPR2 expression; its knockdown suppresses proliferation, migration and invasion, promotes apoptosis, and enhances radiosensitivity in vitro and in vivo. The authors propose circ_0003506 as a potential diagnostic marker for radioresistance emergence and therapeutic target for restoring radiosensitivity in GC.
