Description:

circCCNB1 is downregulated in NPC tissues and cell lines and suppresses NPC cell migration and invasion. Mechanistically, it binds TJP1 mRNA and NF90, enhances NF90-TJP1 mRNA interaction, stabilizes TJP1 mRNA, and increases TJP1 expression, thereby strengthening tight junction-related suppression of metastasis-related phenotypes.
