Description:

circFUT8 is up-regulated in NSCLC FFPE tissues and in lung cancer cell lines based on nCounter profiling, and contributes to an ML-based diagnostic signature distinguishing NSCLC from controls. miRNA binding for circFUT8 was computationally predicted (including hsa-mir-186 and hsa-miR-1305), while a prior study is cited for a miR-944/YESI axis in NSCLC.
