| Description: |
circEPHB4 is up-regulated in glioma and promotes proliferation, migration and invasion. Mechanistically, it binds YBX1 to prevent RBBP6-mediated ubiquitination and degradation of YBX1, thereby stabilizing YBX1 and enhancing MRPS16 mRNA stability via YBX1-dependent m5C modification, which drives glioma progression in vitro and in xenograft models. |
