It inhibits GC cell proliferation/cell-cycle progression and invasion and suppresses xenograft tumor growth by sponging miR-367-5p and thereby upregulating p27 Kip1. High circYAP1 expression is associated with longer overall survival and better chemotherapy outcomes. |
