circ_RPPH1 is up-regulated in glioma tissues and glioma cell lines. It promotes glioma cell proliferation, migration, invasion and in vivo tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_RPPH1 acts through a miR-627-5p/miR-663a/SDC1 regulatory axis, suggesting a potential therapeutic target for glioma.
