Potential therapeutic target for ccRCC clinical intervention; survival and detailed clinicopathological analyses were not completed due to incomplete clinical information. |
| Description: |
circZKSCAN1 is up-regulated in ccRCC tissues and cells and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. Its knockdown suppresses proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT and xenograft tumor growth, while enhancing NK cell-mediated cytotoxicity against RCC cells. Mechanistically, KLF2 transcriptionally regulates circZKSCAN1, which sponges miR-1294 to regulate PIM1 expression. |
