Description:

circ-CDK14 is up-regulated in osteosarcoma tissues and cell lines. Functionally, circ-CDK14 supports OS malignant phenotypes including cell viability, migration, invasion, glycolysis and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ-CDK14 acts as a miR-198 sponge to regulate E2F2 expression, forming a circ-CDK14/miR-198/E2F2 regulatory axis with potential therapeutic relevance.
