Description:

CircSIRT1 is downregulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and is associated with TNM stage and tumor size. Functionally, circSIRT1 suppresses malignant NSCLC phenotypes including proliferation, invasion, migration and glycolysis while promoting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts through the miR-510-5p/SMAD7 axis to inhibit Wnt/beta-catenin signaling.
