Description:

circKIF2A is up-regulated in neuroblastoma tissues and cell lines and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. Its knockdown inhibits proliferation, migration, invasion, metastasis, glycolysis, and xenograft tumor growth while promoting apoptosis. Mechanistically, cytoplasmic circKIF2A sponges miR-377-3p to increase PRPS1 expression, forming a circKIF2A/miR-377-3p/PRPS1 ceRNA axis.
