Description:

circSLIT2 is up-regulated in PDAC and its high expression is associated with poor prognosis. It promotes Warburg-like aerobic glycolysis and proliferation, and enhances tumor growth via a ceRNA mechanism in which circSLIT2 sponges miR-510-5p to increase c-Myc and downstream LDHA transcription.
