Description:

Circ-UQCRC2 is up-regulated in LPS-induced 16HBE pneumonia cell models and aggravates cell injury. Mechanistically, circ-UQCRC2 sponges miR-495-3p to increase MYD88 expression and promote NF-kappaB-associated inflammatory response, apoptosis, and oxidative stress. Silencing circ-UQCRC2 protects 16HBE cells from LPS-mediated damage, suggesting potential therapeutic relevance in infantile pneumonia.
