Description:

F-circEA-2a is an EML4-ALK-v3b-derived fusion circRNA detected in EML4-ALK-positive NSCLC tumors. It is mainly cytoplasmic and promotes migration and invasion with minimal effect on proliferation, and it was not detectable in patient plasma in this study.
