Description:

circMYBL1/hsa_circ_0136924 is downregulated in osimertinib-resistant NSCLC cell lines and in plasma from osimertinib-resistant NSCLC patients. Knockdown of circMYBL1 reduces osimertinib sensitivity and increases NSCLC cell survival, migration, and invasion, suggesting a suppressive role in acquired osimertinib resistance. The proposed mechanism is a potential cytoplasmic circMYBL1-miRNA-mRNA ceRNA network involving predicted miRNAs and target mRNAs.
