Description:

circNSUN2 is up-regulated in malignant lymphoma tissues and lymphoma cell lines. It promotes lymphoma cell proliferation, migration and invasion, and its expression is regulated by the transcription factor NRF1. Mechanistically, circNSUN2 stabilizes HMGA1 by binding the HMGA1 3 UTR, thereby activating the Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway.
