Description:

circFAT1 is down-regulated in ESCC tissues and cell lines and acts as a tumor suppressor by inhibiting migration and invasion. Mechanistically, circFAT1 may sponge miR-548g (knockdown increases miR-548g), and higher tumor circFAT1 expression predicts better RFS/CSS in ESCC patients.
