circGFRA1 is up-regulated in paclitaxel-resistant TNBC MDA-MB-231.PR cells and promotes resistance to paclitaxel. Mechanistically, circGFRA1 acts as a sponge for miR-361-5p, leading to increased TLR4 expression; circGFRA1 knockdown restores miR-361-5p, reduces TLR4, inhibits cell viability, promotes apoptosis, and enhances PTX sensitivity in vitro and in xenograft tumors.
