Description:

circRAPGEF5 (hsa_circ_0001681) is up-regulated in LAD tissues/cells and in exosomes. It promotes LAD proliferation, migration, invasion and EMT, at least partly by sponging miR-1236-3p to increase ZEB1 expression; exosomal circRAPGEF5 can transfer pro-metastatic signals between cells. Serum exosomal circRAPGEF5 shows diagnostic potential, especially when combined with CEA.
