hsa_circ_0002360/circRUNX1 is down-regulated in bone marrow-derived exosomes from ET patients and was experimentally validated at the expression and circular-structure levels. The predicted circRUNX1 miRNA/mRNA network includes miR-29b-1-5p and miR-34b-5p, suggesting possible involvement in proliferation, apoptosis, PI3K/Akt, JAK/STAT, TGF-beta, WNT and c-Met-related signaling during ET pathogenesis.
