circRNA 100146 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and acts as an oncogene. Its knockdown suppresses proliferation, migration/invasion and tumor growth while promoting apoptosis, partly by sponging miR-361-3p and miR-615-5p to affect downstream targets and by interacting with SF3 family splicing factors (including SF3B3). |
