circHIPK3 is up-regulated in thyroid cancer tissues and cell lines. Functional knockdown experiments indicate that circHIPK3 promotes TC cell growth, migration and invasion. Mechanistically, the study proposes that circHIPK3 promotes tumorigenesis and invasiveness through the miR-338-3p/RAB23 regulatory axis.
