CircCPA4 is up-regulated in glioma tissues and cell lines and high expression is associated with higher WHO grade, larger tumor size, and shorter overall survival. Functionally, circCPA4 promotes glioma proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth, and radioresistance while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA for miR-760 to regulate MEF2D, forming a circCPA4/miR-760/MEF2D axis that drives glioma progression.
