Functionally, circCPA4 promotes glioma proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth, and radioresistance while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA for miR-760 to regulate MEF2D, forming a circCPA4/miR-760/MEF2D axis that drives glioma progression.
