Description:

circTP53 (including variants circTP53-1 to -4, with circTP53-3 highly expressed in bone) is significantly up-regulated in porcine osteosarcoma compared with matched healthy bone. Overexpression of circTP53-3 in pig OS cells increases cell proliferation, while the downstream molecular mechanism is not yet defined.
