circZNF609 is up-regulated in NPC tissues and cell lines, and high expression is associated with poor overall survival. Functionally, circZNF609 promotes NPC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, glycolysis, and xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA that sponges miR-338-3p to increase HRAS expression.
