Description:

This study found that exosomal circ-PVT1 is upregulated in cisplatin-resistant gastric cancer serum exosomes and cells. Functionally, circ-PVT1 promotes cisplatin resistance by suppressing miR-30a-5p and indirectly increasing YAP1, thereby enhancing autophagy and invasion while inhibiting apoptosis; circ-PVT1 knockdown improves DDP sensitivity in vitro and in a cell line-derived xenograft model.
