Description:

circWAC is up-regulated in breast cancer and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, glycolysis and tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis, mainly by sponging miR-599 to increase E2F3; eIF4A3 positively regulates circWAC biogenesis/expression.
