Description:

circ-CCAC1 is an ERBB2-derived circRNA upregulated in CCA tissues and bile/serum EVs. It promotes CCA progression via the miR-514a-5p/YY1/CAMLG axis and exosomal circ-CCAC1 disrupts endothelial barriers and induces angiogenesis by sequestering EZH2 and modulating SH3GL2/ZO-1/Occludin signaling. High circ-CCAC1 expression is associated with poor prognosis, recurrence, adverse clinicopathological features, and diagnostic potential in EVs.
