Description:

hsa_circ_0013290 (circAGL), derived from AGL, is up-regulated in HCC cell lines and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes invasion and migration and inhibits apoptosis in vitro; knockdown suppresses tumor growth in a cell line-derived xenograft model. Mechanistic work is limited to bioinformatics prediction of binding partners and observed changes in NOX4 and RRAGD after knockdown.

0.7722
