Description:

CircETV6 is up-regulated in HCC tissues and cells and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It promotes HCC proliferation, migration, invasion, cell cycle progression, tumor growth and metastasis while suppressing apoptosis, mainly through sponging miR-383-5p to increase PTPRE expression. High circETV6 expression is associated with poor overall survival and adverse clinicopathological features, suggesting potential therapeutic relevance.
