Description:

circTUBA1C is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines. It promotes NSCLC cell proliferation and xenograft tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis, at least partly by sponging and negatively regulating miR-143-3p. Knockdown of circTUBA1C suppresses Cyclin B1 and PCNA and increases Bax and cleaved caspase-3, effects that can be rescued by miR-143-3p inhibition.
