hsa_circ_0001982 (circR-RNF111) is up-regulated in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines and correlates with aggressive clinicopathological features. Functionally, circR-RNF111 promotes proliferation, migration and invasion while inhibiting apoptosis in GC cells, at least partly by sponging miR-27b-3p and modulating apoptosis- and EMT-related protein expression.
