Description:

circEPSTI1 is up-regulated in TNBC tissues/cell lines and promotes proliferation and tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-4753 and miR-6809 to increase BCL11A expression. High circEPSTI1 expression is associated with worse DFS/OS and serves as an independent prognostic marker in TNBC.
