Description:

This study found that circ-UBR1 is up-regulated in breast cancer tissues and cell lines. Functionally, circ-UBR1 promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, cell-cycle progression and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ-UBR1 acts as a ceRNA for miR-1299 to increase CCND1 expression, forming a circ-UBR1/miR-1299/CCND1 regulatory axis.
