Functionally, circMTO1 suppresses gastric cancer proliferation, migration, invasion, metastasis and tumor growth while promoting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circMTO1 sponges miR-199a-3p to elevate PAWR expression, thereby inhibiting gastric cancer progression through the circMTO1/miR-199a-3p/PAWR axis. |
