Description:

Circ-FNDC3B is a human FNDC3B-derived circRNA that is down-regulated in breast cancer, especially in cases with lymph node metastasis. It suppresses breast cancer progression by binding PC and inhibiting its activity, thereby reducing aspartate and NADPH production, increasing ROS accumulation, promoting apoptosis, and inhibiting proliferation, invasion and metastasis. Its expression is clinically associated with tumor diameter, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis, suggesting biomarker potential.
