Serum exosomal circ_0067835 was upregulated in CRC patients after radiotherapy; ROC AUC 0.8843 suggesting sensitivity and specificity in CRC |
| Description: |
circ_0067835 is up-regulated in CRC tissues and in serum exosomes (especially after radiotherapy) and is associated with CRC development and radioresistance. Functionally, circ_0067835 promotes proliferation and cell-cycle progression and inhibits apoptosis, while its knockdown sensitizes CRC cells to irradiation in vitro and suppresses xenograft growth in vivo. Mechanistically, circ_0067835 acts as a ceRNA by sponging miR-296-5p to increase IGF1R expression (circ_0067835/miR-296-5p/IGF1R axis). |
