Description:

CircSFMBT2 is an upregulated oncogenic circRNA in LUAD and high expression is associated with advanced TNM stage and poorer overall survival. Functionally, it promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, glycolysis and xenograft tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, circSFMBT2 sponges miR-1305 to increase SALL4 expression, forming a circSFMBT2/miR-1305/SALL4 regulatory axis.
