Description:

circLDLR is up-regulated in papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and cell lines and is mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes PTC malignant phenotypes and tumor growth by sponging miR-637 to relieve repression of LMO4 (circLDLR/miR-637/LMO4 ceRNA axis), and high circLDLR expression is associated with poorer overall survival.
