Description:

CircRNA ATF6 is down-regulated in bladder cancer tissues and cell lines and is associated with lymphatic metastasis and invasion depth. Functionally, circRNA ATF6 suppresses BCa cell proliferation, migration and invasion in vitro and reduces xenograft tumor growth in vivo. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-146a-5p to regulate FLNA expression, forming a circRNA ATF6/miR-146a-5p/FLNA axis with potential diagnostic and therapeutic relevance.
